Roshn League clubs have closed the file on the technical staff that will oversee the new season, which kicks off next August, after Al-Fateh announced on Tuesday the signing of national coach Khaled Al-Atwi to take over as head coach.

Seven clubs have contracted new coaching staff, led by league champions Al-Nassr, who signed Australian coach Ange Postecoglou to replace Portuguese Jorge Jesus, who declined to renew his contract before being appointed coach of his national team. Al-Ittihad also signed German coach Jens Wissing to replace Portuguese coach Conceição, with whom the team failed to achieve the expected results. Meanwhile, nine clubs retained their coaches, either due to existing contracts or for their outstanding technical work last season, led by German Matthias Jaissle, who won the Super Cup and the Asian Elite Championship with Al-Ahli; Italian Simone Inzaghi, who led Al-Hilal to win the King's Cup and finish the season unbeaten; the Irishman who recorded excellent results with Al-Qadsiah; and the Croatian who helped Abha return to the Professional League after relegation two seasons ago.
