The Saudi Kurash Committee announced the opening of registration to participate in the Makkah Region Kurash Championship, scheduled to be held on July 16 and 17 at the Olympic Hall in Jeddah Club.

This championship comes as part of the committee's efforts to enhance the spread of Kurash sport in the Kingdom, increase the number of male and female practitioners, support age groups for Saudi national teams, as well as expand the base for discovering and nurturing talents in various regions of the Kingdom, by providing a competitive environment that contributes to highlighting technical abilities and developing skills.

The Saudi Kurash Committee called on interested male and female individuals to take the initiative to register and participate in the championship, stressing that the competitions represent a promising opportunity to prove abilities and join the Saudi national teams in various age groups, in preparation for representing the Kingdom in regional and international tournaments and forums.
