Sports / Taif Governor Honors Athlete Maryam Mahjab for Her Achievement in the Arab Athletics Championship

Taif, Muharram 24, 1448 AH, corresponding to July 9, 2026, SPA – His Royal Highness Prince Fawaz bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Taif, today honored athlete Maryam Mahjab, in the presence of Brigadier General Ali Al-Sheikhi, President of the Saudi Athletics Federation, in recognition of her achievement of winning second place in the 300-meter race and third place in the 80-meter hurdles, as part of the third Arab Athletics Championship, held in Alexandria, Egypt.
