Wilson added that the club conducts a periodic review of the various sports strategy to evaluate the performance of each sport, measure its sporting impact, and assess its contribution to achieving the club's strategic goals. He explained that Al-Qadsiah relies on clear and measurable performance indicators when evaluating all sports, emphasizing that any new sport is launched only after specialized studies and a specific strategy, while existing sports undergo continuous annual evaluation. If results show a gap between targets and achievements, the sport is reviewed and appropriate development options are studied to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and sustainability. Wilson concluded by affirming that the evaluation process is based on comprehensive data and studies, and is not limited to technical results alone, but includes the sport's size, sporting impact, investment opportunities, revenues, sustainability, and alignment with the targets of the sports system, ensuring that resources are directed toward the most impactful sports capable of achieving accomplishments and enhancing the sustainability of the club's sporting project.
