The General Administration for Technical and Vocational Training in Qassim region, in cooperation with the General Administration for Activities, concluded the activities of the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Camp, which was held as part of the Summer Technical Training events from July 19 to 23, 2026, at the premises of the Technical College in Buraidah, with the participation of (62) male and female students, supervised by (6) trainers, and competition among (21) teams in several technical tracks.

The Director General of Technical and Vocational Training in Qassim region, Engineer Ahmed Al-Hamoudi, honored during the closing ceremony the winning teams, participants, and trainers, praising the distinguished levels presented by the participants and the competitive and innovative spirit they demonstrated, reflecting their passion for technology and innovation.

He affirmed that the camp contributed to developing participants' skills in the fields of robotics, artificial intelligence, and programming, and to discovering and refining technical talents, noting that such specialized programs represent an investment in youth capabilities and contribute to preparing qualified national cadres for the professions of the future in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

The organization of the camp comes within the campaign "We Are Looking for You" (Hanna Nedork), one of the campaigns of the initiative to stimulate enrollment in technical and vocational training, aimed at attracting male and female students and enhancing their interest in future technical specializations, thereby contributing to the preparation of a skilled national generation in the fields of technology and innovation.
