The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has made more than 70 digital services available through the comprehensive national application "Tawakkalna," enabling individuals, establishments, and investors to complete a number of municipal, housing, and real estate procedures and access them through a unified and trusted digital channel. The available services include issuing and managing commercial licenses and updating their data, issuing health certificates, in addition to a number of building services, including issuing construction permits, occupancy and compliance certificates, correcting building conditions, fencing land, and transferring ownership of building permits. The services also allow beneficiaries to book appointments electronically, calculate municipal service fees, submit objections to fines and fees, and inquire about transactions, survey reports, and licenses, in addition to submitting reports related to improving urban landscape and damaged vehicles, and requesting municipal services.
