Launch of "AlUla App" to Improve User Experience

The Royal Commission for AlUla Governorate launched the "AlUla App" as an integrated unified platform representing a digital bridge that unifies services and information in one gateway, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the service ecosystem and improve quality of life for the people, residents, and visitors of AlUla.

The app aims to facilitate users' access to a wide range of digital services through a unified and easy-to-use experience, including submitting and sharing data requests, along with a dedicated platform for reporting violations, reflecting the integration of services into one platform. The launch of the app stems from the Commission's strategy to enhance direct communication with the Commission through automated digital channels, contributing to raising response efficiency and achieving an integrated living environment that combines the authenticity of the place with the modernity of services, which achieves the targets of facilitating access to various services. The "AlUla App" also supports the goals of transitioning towards smart cities, by automating processes and providing innovative technical solutions that contribute to improving the quality of basic services, enhancing transparency, and raising operational efficiency, thus supporting AlUla Governorate's position in global smart city indicators.

The app offers the concept of a "comprehensive app," providing access to tourism information, events, investment opportunities, in addition to the latest development projects, such as the "Journey Through Time" master plan, within a single digital interface, facilitating the visitor's journey and enhancing their level of satisfaction. The Royal Commission for AlUla Governorate confirms that the launch of the "AlUla App" represents a qualitative step towards cementing AlUla's position as a leading global tourist destination, by providing an integrated digital experience that meets the aspirations of residents and visitors.
