The Royal Commission for AlUla Governorate has launched the "AlUla App", an integrated unified platform that serves as a digital bridge consolidating services and information in one gateway, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the service ecosystem and improve the quality of life for the residents, inhabitants, and visitors of AlUla.

The app aims to facilitate users' access to a wide range of digital services through a unified and user-friendly experience, including submitting and sharing data requests, along with a dedicated platform for reporting violations, reflecting the integration of services in one platform. The launch of the app stems from the Commission's strategy to enhance direct communication with the Commission through automated digital channels, contributing to improved response efficiency and achieving an integrated living environment that combines the authenticity of the place with modern services, meeting the goals of facilitating access to various provided services. The "AlUla App" also supports the goals of transitioning towards smart cities by automating processes and providing innovative technical solutions that contribute to improving the quality of essential services, enhancing transparency, and raising operational efficiency, thereby supporting AlUla Governorate's position in global smart city indicators.

The app introduces the concept of a "comprehensive app", enabling access to tourist information, events, investment opportunities, in addition to the latest development projects, such as the "Journey Through Time" master plan, within a single digital interface, simplifying the visitor's journey and enhancing their satisfaction. The Royal Commission for AlUla Governorate emphasizes that the launch of the "AlUla App" represents a qualitative step towards cementing AlUla's position as a leading global tourist destination, by providing an integrated digital experience that meets the aspirations of residents and visitors.
