Governance of Technologies and Employment of Artificial Intelligence in the Board of Grievances
President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Al-Aheidb affirmed that the Board of Grievances is in a state of full readiness to employ artificial intelligence by working on governance of technologies, and building and enhancing judicial knowledge data, noting that leadership support was the motivation for drawing the future roadmap of administrative judiciary, which made every working day an added value and a sustainable impact to serve the beneficiary. This came in his speech during his chairmanship, on Monday, of the meeting of the Supreme Supervisory Committee for the Board of Grievances System 2030, where the meeting reviewed measuring progress in the system's targets, adopting priorities for the next phase, supporting implementation tracks, in addition to forming a committee for developing and engineering judicial procedures, discussing related topics, and taking necessary actions. The Board of Grievances had launched at the beginning of the current Hijri year the Board of Grievances System 2030 for leadership and maximizing impact, and formed a supreme supervisory committee and an executive committee to follow up on the implementation of its targets and the resulting innovations to improve the experiences of beneficiaries and stakeholders, thereby enhancing the Board of Grievances' leadership regionally and globally in administrative judiciary.
