Tech circles have obtained the first high-resolution CAD images of the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, following confirmations that the device will not adopt the front design previously rumored.

The leaked images, which appeared through a collaboration between OnLeaks and Smartphone Checker, show that the tablet will retain the V-shaped front camera cutout, similar to the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, with dimensions of 326.34 x 208.46 x 5.12 mm, making it almost identical in size and thickness to its predecessor.

The device features a single front camera, while the rear houses a dual-camera system, with no details on resolution or specifications revealed yet.

Reports indicate that the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra will be powered by a Dimensity 9500 processor, with RAM options of 12 or 16 GB, and storage options including 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB.

The tablet is expected to run One UI 9.0 out of the box, with support for six generations of Android updates.

Galaxy Tab S10 FE series receives June 2026 security update.

The battery will have a capacity of 11,600 mAh, same as the previous generation. It remains unclear whether screen brightness will be improved, while the device is expected to support a quad-speaker system and IP68 rating for water and dust resistance for both the tablet and the included S Pen.
