The National Center for Meteorology announced that hot to very hot weather will continue in parts of Mecca and Medina regions, as well as parts of the Eastern Province, starting from tomorrow until next Wednesday.

The center explained via platform X that maximum temperatures will range between 46 and 48 degrees Celsius during this period.

In its report on today's weather, Sunday, the National Center for Meteorology forecast thunderstorms in parts of Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, possibly extending to the southern parts of the highlands of Mecca region.

The report indicated the continued impact of active winds raising dust and sand in parts of those areas, in addition to the regions of Medina, Al-Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, the Northern Borders, the Eastern Province, and Riyadh.

It is noted that the weather will remain hot to very hot in parts of eastern and central Saudi Arabia.
