The National Center of Meteorology warned in a report today of active winds and raised dust in the governorates of Al-Lith, Rabigh, and Bahra (Al-Shu'aybah), leading to near-zero horizontal visibility. The center stated that the situation continues - by the will of God Almighty - until 7:00 pm.
