The National Center of Meteorology warned of moderate to heavy thunder rain accompanied by hail showers and active winds today (Friday) in parts of Jazan, Asir and Al Baha, extending to parts of Makkah and the southern parts of the Eastern Region.

It indicated that light rain is not excluded in parts of Madinah, while the weather remains hot during the day in parts of the Eastern Region and Riyadh.

It pointed to the continued impact of active winds stirring up dust and sand in parts of those areas, as well as in parts of the Eastern Region and Tabuk.
