The National Center of Meteorology expected in its report on the weather condition, today Tuesday, that the opportunity remains for thunderstorms accompanied by hail showers and active winds on parts of Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, as well as on the southern parts of the highlands of Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.

The center said in its report that maximum temperatures remain high on parts of the Eastern Province, with effects extending to parts of the Riyadh region.

The National Center of Meteorology indicated that the movement of surface winds over the Red Sea is northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 15 - 40 km/h on the northern and central parts, and northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 10 - 28 km/h, reaching more than 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds on the southern part, and wave height from half a meter to one and a half meters on the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one meter, reaching more than two meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds on the southern part.

As for the sea condition, it will be light to moderate waves on the northern and central parts, and light waves reaching rough with the formation of rainy thunderclouds on the southern part.

In the Arabian Gulf, surface winds will be northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 15 - 38 km/h on the northern part, and northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 10 - 28 km/h on the central and southern parts, and wave height from half a meter to one and a half meters on the northern part, and from half a meter to one meter on the central and southern parts, and the sea condition is light to moderate waves on the northern part and light waves on the central and southern parts.
