Jeddah, 04 Safar 1448 AH, corresponding to 18 July 2026 AD, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to His Excellency President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, over the victims of the fire at the Assisted Childhood Institution. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said: "We have learned of the outbreak of a fire at the Assisted Childhood Institution in the municipality of El Mohammedia, east of the Algerian capital, resulting in deaths and injuries. We extend to Your Excellency, the families of the deceased, and the people of the brotherly People's Democratic Republic of Algeria our warmest condolences and sincere sympathy, asking Almighty Allah to envelop the deceased with His vast mercy and forgiveness, to inspire patience and solace in their families, to grant the injured a speedy recovery, and to protect you and the people of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria from all harm and evil.
