An Iranian news agency reported Monday that unexplained explosions occurred in two areas in southern Iran, near the Strait of Hormuz, as mutual strikes between Iran and the United States continue.
Mehr news agency said, "Media and residents reported hearing explosions Monday noon near Bandar Abbas and Qeshm Island," adding that the explosions "appear to have occurred on the western coast of Bandar Abbas."
