KUWAIT, June 29 (KUNA) -- Acting Director General of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Mohammad Al-Mannai, met with the Ambassador of Tanzania to Kuwait Saidi Hussein Massoro on Monday, to discuss ways to enhance media cooperation between the two friendly countries.
During the meeting, Al-Mannai emphasized KUNA's commitment to building bridges of media cooperation and developing relations with various media institutions in brotherly nations, noting that this cooperation aims to facilitate the exchange of news and knowledge and keep pace with shared media developments worldwide.
For his part, Ambassador Massoro praised KUNA's leading and distinguished role on both the regional and international stages, highlighting its objective and professional coverage of news events, expressing his country's aspiration to strengthen media cooperation with Kuwait in a way that serves the common interests of both countries and their friendly peoples.
The meeting was also attended by KUNA's Deputy Director General for Editorial Affairs Essam Al-Ghanim, Director of Marketing and Public Relations Essam Al-Ruwaieh, Director of the Director General's Office Lamia Al-Farsi and several staff members of the Tanzanian Embassy. (end) nmo.res
