A CNN investigation revealed that US President Donald Trump promoted more than 20 companies on his Truth Social account days after buying shares in them.

CNN correspondent Isabel Chapman presented some examples of what one former policy adviser in the Trump administration described as an 'ethical disaster.'

A White House spokesman told CNN that the president's finances are managed by an independent outside entity and that there are no conflicts of interest.
