The General Authority for Real Estate announced that the value of sales and rental transactions in the Kingdom reached 1.6 trillion riyals since the launch of the real estate brokerage system.

The total number of real estate brokerage licenses reached 117,600 licenses.

The Authority revealed on the sidelines of the Third Real Estate Brokerage Forum the sector's achievements since the implementation of the system, where the total number of real estate brokerage licenses reached 117,600, real estate brokerage contracts exceeded 1.1 million contracts, and the number of sales and rental transactions reached more than 13 million transactions.

The Authority also noted that the 'Real Estate Brokerage Levels Path' was launched through the Saudi Real Estate Institute.

It explained that the path links (remote) training programs with a comprehensive in-person test as a basic condition to ensure professional readiness and issue the 'Fal' license.
