Closure of July Offering Under Saudi Domestic Sukuk Program with Total Amount of 5.3 Billion Riyals

The National Debt Management Center announced the completion of receiving investor applications for the local issuance of July 2026 under the Saudi Arabian Government Sukuk Program in Saudi Riyals. The total allocation volume was set at 5,349 million riyals, according to a statement issued by the center. The new issuances were divided into 5 tranches, as follows: - First tranche: size 3,830 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2031. - Second tranche: size 515 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2033. - Third tranche: size 204 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2036. - Fourth tranche: size 300 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2039. - Fifth tranche: size 500 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2041.
