Sharjah, July 27, WAM / The Emirati company Al-Rasikhun Real Estate today launched its new real estate project 'Rawdat Al-Sidr' in the emirate of Sharjah, with sales starting on residential, commercial, and industrial land plots within the master plan of the project spanning an area of 8.5 million square feet.

This came during the ceremony organized by the company today at Al Jawaher Centre for Events and Conferences, in the presence of His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry; His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Al Owadhi, Director General of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry; a number of government officials; representatives of real estate companies and offices; and a gathering of investors and those interested in the real estate development sector.

The project includes a diverse variety of land plots distributed among residential, residential-commercial, residential-investment, and those allocated for residential-commercial offices, with areas starting from 270 square metres and reaching up to 1,080 square metres.
