Bank Albilad Saudi is expected to distribute SAR 750 million in interim cash dividends for the first half of this year, after its board of directors decided to do so, according to an announcement made on Wednesday on Tadawul.

The share's portion of the profits will be 50 halalas, as the total value is distributed over 1.5 billion shares.

The Saudi Central Bank's non-objection was obtained for the board of directors' decision to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders.

Dividends will be entitled to shareholders who own shares by the end of trading on the eligibility date and are registered in the bank's shareholder register at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

Bank Albilad, listed on the Saudi market, recorded a net profit of SAR 791.6 million in the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 3.4% year-on-year, the slowest annual growth rate for quarterly profits in more than six years.

Despite slowing momentum, the profits came in higher than the average analyst estimate compiled by Bloomberg of SAR 776 million, by about 2%, showing the bank's ability to offset part of the margin pressures through growth in investment income and improved performance compared to the previous quarter.

Bank Albilad, founded in 2004, provides integrated financing and investment banking services through various Islamic tools, with a market value today of SAR 36 billion. Mohammed Al-Subaie Company owns the largest stake in the bank's capital at 19.3%.
