The Real Estate Authority is organizing the third edition of the Real Estate Brokerage Forum and its accompanying exhibition on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Riyadh, with the participation of a number of experts, specialists, real estate brokers, brokerage firms, and those interested in the real estate sector, coinciding with the third anniversary of the enforcement of the Real Estate Brokerage Law.

The forum will discuss several topics related to developing real estate brokerage practices and the role of licensed practitioners in improving the quality of services provided to clients, as well as regulatory, technical, and professional updates related to the activity, supporting systematic practice and enhancing the reliability of real estate transactions.

The Authority explained that the forum is part of its efforts to regulate real estate brokerage activity, empower licensed practitioners, and expand professional dialogue among stakeholders, through topics addressing the impact of regulations and laws on practice, digital transformation in real estate services, evolving client expectations, the role of qualification and continuous learning in enhancing practitioner readiness, and enablers of service quality and clarity in real estate transactions.

During the forum, the Authority will host several professional experiences of practitioners in real estate brokerage to showcase practical models highlighting the role of the licensed broker in providing reliable real estate services and the impact of knowledge, commitment, and service quality on improving the client's real estate experience.

The forum will be accompanied by an exhibition allowing participants to learn about services, systems, and platforms related to real estate brokerage activity, licenses and regulatory procedures, and training and qualification paths, in addition to dedicated spaces for interaction and answering inquiries from brokers and interested parties.

The forum will also honor creators of real estate awareness, in appreciation of the role of professional and media content in raising awareness of real estate transactions, supporting systematic practice, and enhancing awareness messages related to the real estate sector.
