8 Advertising Spaces on Saudi League Teams' Kits for Next Season
The kits of Saudi Roshn League clubs include 8 advertising spaces for the next season, according to the updated regulatory guide on the requirements and engineering standards for advertisements and logos on club kits.
The Saudi Professional League Association issued the guide to regulate advertising spaces and preserve the commercial and marketing rights of clubs, sponsoring companies, and manufacturers.
The detailed technical specifications for the kits in the playing shirt (front, back, and sleeves) set the club logo area on the front of the shirt at no more than 100 cm², and the manufacturer's identity at a maximum area of 25 cm².

Regarding sponsors on the front of the shirt, a logo on the upper chest is allowed with an area of 70 cm², and a logo on the mid-chest (upper) with an area of 200 cm², while the largest area is allocated to the main sponsor on the lower chest with a maximum of 400 cm².
On the back of the shirt, the league required the player's name and number to be written in Latin letters and numbers with a maximum area of 210 cm² for the name and 480 cm² for the number, with a mandatory safety distance of at least 4 cm between the upper logo and the player's name.
It is also permitted to place two sponsors on the back of the shirt (upper and lower back) with an area of 200 cm² each, with the possibility of replacing one with a charity association logo, and the league is granted the option of commercial advertising inside the players' numbers.
For the sleeves, one sponsor is allowed with an area of 100 cm² or two sponsors with an area of 50 cm² each, with the possibility of placing a strip for the manufacturer's identity with a maximum width of 8 cm.

For the player's shorts and socks, the area of the player's number on the shorts must not exceed 170 cm², and the club logo 50 cm², according to the league, while an area of 100 cm² is allocated for the sponsor logo, and 25 cm² for the manufacturer's identity, with permission to place a strip for the manufacturer's identity with a width of 5 cm on the right or left side.
Regarding socks, one club logo is allowed on each sock with a maximum area of 50 cm², along with the manufacturer's identity which can be either one sticker (20 cm²) or two stickers (10 cm² each).
The new regulation allows clubs to place a 'technology and quality mark sticker' (optionally) on the shirt and shorts with an area not exceeding 10 cm², and the guide stipulates that the top edge of the sticker on the shirt should not be more than 15 cm from the bottom seam.
On the shorts, it is placed at the top or bottom so that its farthest point is no more than 5 cm from the edges to ensure a uniform aesthetic appearance of the kit.
