Assas Real Estate honored the graduates of the training program, held in cooperation between Assas and the Saudi Real Estate Institute, in the presence of the Chairman of the General Authority for Real Estate, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, and the Director General of the Saudi Real Estate Institute, Mr. Abdulqader Al-Abdulqader. This took place during the Real Estate Mediation Forum held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, which Assas sponsored for the second consecutive year, reaffirming its commitment to supporting real estate brokers, strengthening partnerships with specialized entities, and contributing to initiatives that elevate the real estate sector.

This honoring is part of the ongoing cooperation between Assas and the Saudi Real Estate Institute, as Assas hosted the training program at its sales center, within the framework of joint efforts to support real estate brokers and enhance qualitative initiatives in the real estate sector.

During the ceremony, the General Manager of Sales at Assas, Mr. Muath bin Hamad Al-Marzouqi, delivered a speech in which he affirmed that the real estate broker has become a fundamental pillar in the real estate sector today, and their role is no longer limited to closing deals but has become a partner in enhancing market efficiency, strengthening trust, and achieving added value for beneficiaries. He pointed out that real estate mediation has become a key element in the growth and development of the sector.

Mr. Muath Al-Marzouqi explained that since the previous forum, Assas has continued to strengthen its partnership with real estate brokers, achieving qualitative results through collaboration with more than 1,000 brokers and real estate brokerage companies, selling and reserving more than 280 real estate units, achieving sales exceeding SAR 418 million through real estate brokers, in addition to recording a 59% growth in broker sales compared to the previous period. He affirmed that these results reflect the success of the partnership between Assas and real estate brokers, and the pivotal role they play in supporting the growth of the real estate sector and enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of the real estate market.

Assas reaffirms its commitment to continue supporting real estate brokers through qualitative initiatives and programs, strengthening partnerships with relevant entities, and providing everything that contributes to empowering brokers and enhancing their professional competencies, thereby supporting the growth of the real estate sector, improving the quality of its services, and aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
