Resignation of a Board Member of Dar Al Markabah Due to Weak Governance

Dar Al Markabah Car Rental Company announced the resignation of Saleh Khalaf Al-Harthi from the board membership, due to weak governance, effective from July 19, 2026. The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the board will take necessary actions to appoint an alternative member to fill the vacant position, in accordance with relevant regulations and bylaws. The name of the appointed member will be announced later, according to applicable rules and instructions. According to data available on Argaam, Dar Al Markabah Car Rental Company had announced yesterday the resignation of both Khaled Mqeble Al-Mqeble and Ahmed Abdulmohsen Al-Saadoun from the membership of the Audit Committee, due to weak implementation of governance procedures in the company.
