Advisor Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, announced on Thursday the completion of work on the 'Boulevard Business Park' project, which is the first entertainment venue and business resort in the Kingdom.

The project includes 9 office buildings and over 1,300 parking spaces.

Al-Sheikh said in a statement: 'Praise be to God, with His grace, and then with the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God preserve him, and His Highness my master the Crown Prince, our inspiring leader and godfather of Vision, may God preserve him, the Boulevard Business Park project, the first entertainment venue and business resort in the Kingdom, has been completed with an investment exceeding one billion riyals.'

He pointed out that the project includes 9 office buildings with rental areas exceeding 60,000 square meters, in addition to commercial spaces, corporate headquarters, co-working spaces, and over 1,300 parking spaces, in partnership with Hay Real Estate Development Company, in cooperation with REQ Real Estate Fund - French Capital, and managed and operated by Sela Company.

He affirmed that the determination of Saudis 'has no limits or ceiling,' pledging that what is coming will be greater.

It is noteworthy that Al-Sheikh announced in August 2024 the launch of the 'Boulevard Business Park' project within the 'Boulevard City' area, as the first phase of the urban plan to replan and organize the 'Boulevard District' area in partnership with the private sector.
