The Fakih Healthcare Group has completed the acquisition of Dr. Mohammed bin Rashed Al-Fakih and Partners Company, which owns Dr. Mohammed Al-Fakih Hospital located east of Riyadh on King Abdullah Road. This strategic step enhances the group's presence in the capital and expands its healthcare network across the Kingdom.

The acquisition extends the group's growth and expansion strategy, which in recent years saw the opening of Dr. Suleiman Fakih Hospital in Riyadh and Dr. Suleiman Fakih Hospital in Madinah, alongside continued development of medical services and several qualitative achievements at Dr. Suleiman Fakih Hospital in Jeddah.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Fakih Hospital adds to the group's network a fully integrated healthcare facility with a capacity of approximately 350 beds, more than 12 operating rooms, a separate outpatient building with 192 clinics across various medical specialties, as well as surgery, intensive care, emergency, a specialized center for obstetrics and gynecology and cardiovascular diseases, and an orthopedic center.

With this acquisition, the total bed capacity of Fakih Healthcare Group hospitals across the Kingdom has risen to 1,185 beds, while the group's clinical capacity in Riyadh has increased to approximately 535 beds, enhancing its ability to meet the growing demand for healthcare services in the capital and expanding its range of integrated medical services.

The hospital also has a wide network of insurance coverage, which enhances the group's access to a larger segment of beneficiaries and expands the scope of its services to include diverse patient categories, supporting its strategy to provide advanced, high-quality health services to all members of society.

On this occasion, Dr. Mazen Fakih, Chairman of Fakih Healthcare Group, said: "This acquisition represents a new strategic milestone in the group's growth journey and reflects our commitment to continuing investment in the development of the healthcare system in the Kingdom. We look forward to leveraging the distinguished capabilities of Dr. Mohammed Al-Fakih Hospital to enhance the integration of our services, expand our reach to patients, and provide comprehensive healthcare according to the highest quality standards, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030."

The integration of the hospital into the Fakih Healthcare Group system is expected to contribute to operational integration among its facilities, improve service efficiency, and enhance the utilization of medical expertise and modern technologies, positively impacting the quality of healthcare and patient experience.

This acquisition reflects the Fakih Healthcare Group's commitment to continuing investment in the development of the health sector in the Kingdom by expanding its services, increasing its operational capacity, and enhancing the healthcare system it provides, in line with the growing demand for health services and contributing to the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at improving the quality of health services, increasing private sector participation, and improving the patient experience.
