Landmark Arabia celebrated the inaugural edition of its new platform "Landmark Stars," which is dedicated to honoring the achievements of its top talents across various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company honored 160 male and female graduates who successfully completed five of its leading programs in education and development.

The graduation ceremonies were held in the cities of Riyadh and Dammam, bringing together a number of employees who completed a full year of structured education, leadership development, and professional capacity building, as part of the following company programs: the Supervisors Development Program, the Store Managers Development Program, the 'Sumou' program for empowering female leaders, the Area Managers Development Program, and the Business Excellence Program.

The ceremonies were attended by Arti Jagtiyani, Director of Landmark Group; T.S. Vidaburi, CEO of Landmark Arabia; Yasser Al-Qahtani, Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Landmark Arabia; Abdulrahman Al-Dosari, Head of Administrative Affairs at Landmark Arabia; along with the Secretary-General of the Eastern Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, and a number of officials from the chambers of commerce, in addition to other government delegations.

'Landmark Stars' is part of the company’s broader investment in workforce development and career advancement for talents. Over the past year, Landmark Arabia provided more than 79,000 educational opportunities for over 4,290 employees, including 95% of its Saudi workforce, reflecting its commitment to developing national competencies. The company employs more than 9,700 people across the Kingdom, with Saudi nationals constituting more than half of its workforce.
