The Board of Directors of Nagi Water Company has announced the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 6.5% of capital, amounting to one riyal per share, for the first half of 2026.

The company's Extraordinary General Assembly had approved in March the dividend policy for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028.

This is based on letters received by the company stating that each of them waives part of their profits due for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028, according to what was previously announced to shareholders on January 20, 2026.

According to Argaam data, Nagi Water Company's Extraordinary General Assembly approved in March the company's dividend policy for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028 as follows:
