Qatar Stock Exchange index closes lower

Doha on July 22 /QNA/ The Qatar Stock Exchange index closed its trading session today, down by 40.85 points, equivalent to 0.40 percent, reaching the level of 10066.51 points. During the session, 113,958,317 shares were traded, valued at 321,696,120.641 riyals, through the execution of 22,745 transactions in all sectors.

In the session, shares of 16 companies rose, while shares of 33 other companies declined, and 4 companies maintained their previous closing prices.

Market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to 604,186,628,815.868 riyals, compared to 606,496,319,060.596 riyals in the previous session.
