The real estate market witnessed today (Thursday) a notable deal in the Al-Asbah neighborhood in Medina, where a plot of land with an area of 190 square meters was sold at a price exceeding 150,000 riyals per square meter, with a total value exceeding 28 million riyals.
According to data from the real estate exchange, the Al-Asbah neighborhood today saw the execution of 16 deals in the Al-Asbah neighborhood in Medina with a total value exceeding 456 million riyals, with an average price estimated at 47.6 thousand riyals per square meter, while the highest price was recorded at 150.2 thousand riyals per square meter, and the lowest price at about 32 thousand riyals per square meter.
The Al-Asbah neighborhood is one of the most historic neighborhoods in Medina, located southwest of Quba Mosque. It is famous for its strategic location as the first place to receive the glad tidings of the Prophet's migration, and includes prominent Islamic landmarks such as Al-Asbah Mosque (Al-Nour Mosque) and Bir Al-Hajim well. It is characterized by its heritage nature and palm groves, and is currently undergoing urban and tourism development aimed at preserving its identity.
