Subsidiary of Al-Naqool Buys 50 Trucks for 14.9 Million Riyals
Mohamed Hassan Al-Naqool Sons Company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sadaq for Industry Company, signed an agreement to purchase 50 new trucks for 14.9 million riyals excluding value-added tax, as part of its plans to expand in transportation and logistics services.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Tadawul that the agreement was signed with Saudi Diesel Equipment Company, and includes the purchase of 50 Daewoo trucks, model 2026, to be used in carrying out transportation and logistics services.
It added that the delivery of the trucks will be in phases, with Sadaq Company determining the number of trucks it receives in each phase according to its operational needs and market conditions.
It clarified that the deal will be financed from the subsidiary's own resources, in addition to credit facilities it previously obtained.
The company indicated that the deal aims to increase the size of its operational fleet and meet the growing demand for transportation and logistics services, thereby enhancing its competitiveness, raising operational efficiency, and contributing to revenue growth and achieving its strategic targets.
The company expects that the financial impact of the deal will begin to appear during the third quarter of 2026.
