Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority, announced the completion of the Boulevard Business Park project, the first entertainment venue and business resort in the Kingdom, with the support of His Majesty the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God preserve him, and His Highness, my master, the Crown Prince, our inspiring leader and the godfather of the Vision, may God preserve him.

He explained that the project was completed with an investment exceeding 1 billion riyals, comprising 9 office buildings with rental spaces exceeding 60,000 m², over 1,300 parking spaces, in addition to commercial spaces, headquarters for companies, and creative spaces for meetings and events, through an integrated experience combining business, hospitality, and services in a comprehensive entertainment destination, under a distinguished national partnership between Sela Company, Hay Real Estate Development, and Frenchi Capital, and managed and operated by Hay Company.

Advisor Turki Al-Sheikh concluded by affirming that 'The determination of Saudis has no limits or ceiling, and what is coming, God willing, is greater.'
