Birds Gardens and Al Hada Cable Car Attract Taif Visitors

The Al Hada cable car attracts visitors to Taif Governorate during the summer season, as one of the tourist experiences that offers views of the Sarawat heights, mountain slopes, valleys, and vegetation along its path.
The cable car route extends for a distance of (4,200) meters in one direction, connecting the top of Hada to Al Kar tourist village. It includes (52) cabins, each accommodating eight passengers, with an operational capacity of up to (1,000) passengers per hour in each direction, while the journey takes about (17) minutes.
The height of the cable car and its mountain route allow visitors to view the region's terrain from multiple angles and to learn about the nature of Hada and its distinctive mountain peaks, valleys, and vegetation.
During the summer vacation, the cable car sees an influx of families and vacationers, benefiting from its proximity to several tourist, entertainment, and service facilities in the area. The Al Hada cable car is one of the tourist landmarks in Taif Governorate, as it contributes to diversifying the activities offered to visitors and enables movement between the top of Hada and Al Kar tourist village along a path overlooking the terrain of the Sarawat Mountains.
The Birds Gardens in the Hada area attract visitors and vacationers during the summer season, offering recreational and educational activities that allow visitors to learn about different types of birds and observe them up close. The gardens include a variety of local and international birds within facilities prepared according to their nature, and provide visitors with a number of activities, including feeding the birds, strolling through its facilities, taking pictures, and learning about informational facts related to their types and characteristics.
The mountainous nature of Hada, with its moderate climate and vegetation, contributes to attracting visitors to these sites, which combine recreational activities with awareness of wildlife.
A number of bird enthusiasts explained that the Birds Gardens have become one of the destinations for Taif visitors, as they allow direct interaction with birds in a prepared and safe environment. They pointed out that the diversity of birds and activities offered, along with the gardens' location in the Hada area, has increased visitor turnout, which supports eco-tourism and provides diverse entertainment options.
