Lebanese artist Pascal Mashalani revealed surprising details about her life, speaking for the first time about crises that left a big impact on her career, along with responding to a number of issues raised about her in recent years.

Psychological crisis

Pascal spoke in TV statements about the psychological impact left by criticism and bullying campaigns she was subjected to, confirming that she went through a difficult stage that made her think about retiring and staying away from the artistic scene, before she held on to continue her journey.

Pascal said during her talk: 'My loss was very big, and I was bullied, I love myself, and I am a child inside, and I was about to retire.'

In response to the controversy

The Lebanese artist also commented on what was previously raised regarding singing for former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, clarifying that it was limited to her receiving a request in this regard at that time without revealing additional details, along with her talk about her stance on wars and the importance of establishing peace values.

Her artistic works

In the context of her artistic activity, Pascal Mashalani gifted her audience a new spiritual work titled 'Ya Adra Ya Ghafoura', which became available on her official YouTube channel along with various music platforms.

The hymn was written by Mike Safi, composed by Melhem Abou Chedid, with Joseph Karem supervising sound engineering, mixing and mastering, while Habib al-Shaar directed the music video.
