The Theater and Performing Arts Authority has concluded the Acting and Directing Workshop held in Jeddah, as part of the "Bag on Stage" workshops under the program "From Idea to Stage" in its fourth edition, within its efforts to develop artistic capabilities and hone professional skills for those working and interested in the theater and performing arts sector.

The workshop focused on developing performance and directing skills through a training program that combined theoretical and practical aspects, enabling participants to develop their artistic tools and deepen their understanding of the complementary relationship between acting and directing in building a theatrical production, in addition to learning about methods of managing the theater scene and employing artistic elements to enhance the creative vision of the work. The training program covered several specialized topics in the arts of acting and directing, including scene analysis, character building, performance techniques, actor management, in addition to practical applications aimed at enhancing field experience and developing participants' creative skills.

The workshop concluded with applied performances that reflected the outcomes of the training program and highlighted the knowledge and skills acquired by participants in performance and directing.
