Qiddiya City has obtained accreditation of the Destination Marketing and Management Evaluation Program with distinction from the World Destinations Organization, the largest international body specialized in supporting tourist destination organizations, joining a select group of global destinations that have achieved the highest evaluation scores in this prestigious program.

Qiddiya is the first destination management organization in the Middle East to obtain this accreditation with distinction, and the second organization in the region to receive the program's accreditation overall. Among about 200 organizations worldwide that have obtained the program's accreditation, less than 20% have achieved the distinction classification, which is the highest level granted by the program to entities that exceed all required standards without recording any areas needing improvement.
