Professor of Cardiology Dr. Khalid Al-Nimr said that dizziness often originates from the inner ear, nerves, or brain, and not from the heart in most cases.

Al-Nimr pointed out that in some cases dizziness may be related to cardiac causes, especially if accompanied by other symptoms such as chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, sudden fainting, or cold sweat.

He added that the appearance of these symptoms with dizziness requires immediate medical evaluation to avoid serious complications.
