The Al-Qassim Health Cluster called on community members to allocate 30 minutes daily for walking, emphasizing that every step contributes to enhancing general health and raising physical fitness levels.

It explained that regular walking achieves a range of health benefits, most notably: improving blood circulation, reducing stress and anxiety, preventing chronic diseases, in addition to enhancing mental health and strengthening bones.

The Al-Qassim Health Cluster indicated that adhering to a walking routine is one of the simplest and most impactful healthy habits for improving quality of life, calling on the community to adopt it as a fixed part of their daily routine to maintain better health.
