Mental Health Celebrates Ambassadors of Well-being and Mental Health in the Workplace
The National Center for Mental Health Promotion organized yesterday evening in Riyadh a ceremony to honor ambassadors of well-being and mental health in the workplace, in the presence of a number of officials and representatives of government, private and non-profit entities, celebrating the efforts of the ambassadors and participating entities in supporting and promoting mental health in work environments.
The honoring comes in appreciation of those who contributed to implementing qualitative initiatives within their entities, along with honoring distinguished entities in appreciation of their role in adopting supportive practices for mental health and occupational well-being, enhancing the building of healthy and psychologically safe work environments.
During the event, the most prominent achievements of the program were reviewed, along with the results it achieved in enabling entities to spread a culture of mental health, enhance awareness, and implement initiatives that contribute to improving quality of life and enhancing occupational well-being.
The ceremony also witnessed the signing of a number of memoranda of understanding and strategic partnerships with several entities; with the aim of enhancing cooperation in the fields of mental health and well-being in the workplace, and expanding the scope of national initiatives that support achieving the targets of Saudi Vision 2030, especially in the Quality of Life Program.
The organization of this ceremony is an extension of the efforts of the National Center for Mental Health Promotion in building effective partnerships, enabling entities to apply best practices in promoting mental health, and appreciating distinguished national models that contributed to establishing a culture of well-being and mental health in work environments.
