Consultant and professor of cardiology and arterial catheterization, Dr. Khalid Al-Nemer, affirmed that there is no strong evidence that abstaining from eggs or shrimp reduces the risk of clots.

Al-Nemer added, via platform X, that the most important thing is to lower harmful cholesterol, reduce saturated fats, and adhere to prescribed treatment.
