General / Governor of Riyadh Region Receives Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Watan Center for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Addiction Patients

Riyadh, Muharram 29, 1448 AH, corresponding to July 14, 2026, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, received in his office at Al-Hukm Palace today the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Supervisor of Watan Center for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Addiction Patients, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Nayel, and a number of members of the Center’s Board of Directors. His Highness was briefed on the Center’s objectives and vision, and the treatment and rehabilitation programs and services it provides aimed at helping addiction patients recover and reintegrate into society. The Governor of Riyadh Region listened to a detailed explanation of the Center’s programs and initiatives, the working mechanisms used in providing treatment, rehabilitation, and aftercare services, in addition to efforts in the fields of awareness and prevention. His Highness watched a visual presentation about the Center and the system of services it provides to ensure the success of the beneficiary’s treatment journey, consisting of treatment services, rehabilitation services, community empowerment, and recovery maintenance and self-support programs to ensure the patient’s stability on the path to success.
