His Royal Highness Prince Rakan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Diriyah, received yesterday in his office the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Diriyah Quran Memorization Society, Saad bin Abdullah Al-Nasser, and the winning students of the competition of His Highness the Emir of Riyadh Region for Quran Memorization, Recitation and Interpretation for the year 1447 AH.

His Highness congratulated President Al-Nasser and the winning students for achieving second place in the competition, praising the efforts of the Diriyah Quran Memorization Society in teaching and memorizing the Holy Quran, and the programs and initiatives it provides that contribute to raising generations on the Book of God Almighty.

Prince Rakan bin Salman noted the direct care and attention given to teaching and memorizing the Holy Quran by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may God protect them - in care for the Book of God and its people, while also appreciating the patronage and support of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Riyadh Region, for the competition.
