Journalists Check on Health of Dr. Bakr Baqader

A number of journalists visited Dr. Abu Bakr Baqader, former Deputy Minister of Culture and Information, at his home in Jeddah to check on his health.

The meeting included memories of the past with press leaders from a number of Saudi newspapers, and the role that the press played in raising community awareness and fulfilling its media mission in a professional and organized manner. Welcome speeches were given by some colleagues, and a poem titled 'A Touch of Loyalty' was recited by poet Muhammad Khader Al-Sharif in honor of the colleagues and the host.
