The Taif Health Cluster congratulated all employees transferred from the Ministry of Health to the Taif Health Cluster on their joining, welcoming them to the new phase that represents an extension of the health transformation march in the Kingdom and a reinforcement of efforts to develop the healthcare system and achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The cluster announced the completion of sending all employment contracts to transferred employees within ten days from the start of sending transfer requests to the cluster, which began on Thursday, June 25, 2026, and ended on Saturday, July 4, 2026, with transfer requests recording an acceptance rate higher than 99%.
The Taif Health Cluster affirmed the continued operation of 17 employee care centers in various facilities during working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., in addition to activating the unified contact center 0115215602 to provide direct support and answer inquiries during official working hours.
This success comes as an extension of the integrated efforts in the cluster's relevant departments, foremost among them human resources, information technology, corporate communication, and change management, which confirms the full readiness of the Taif Health Cluster for the transformation phase and its constant keenness to consolidate the employee experience and empower national competencies to build a distinguished health system based on quality and innovation, placing the beneficiary at the forefront of its priorities.
