The CEO of Taif Health Cluster, Engineer Mohammed Sindi, launched the 'Care Link' project, one of the qualitative projects aimed at providing central coordination services that help facilitate the transfer of beneficiaries between levels of healthcare and medical facilities, ensuring rapid access to specialized services and improving the beneficiary experience.

The project aims to transform the beneficiary journey from fragmented services into an integrated health experience by providing support and follow-up at every step, within an interconnected health system working to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare.

‘Care Link’ includes several services, most notably medical coordination, referral and appointment management, ambulance transport services, and home healthcare, in addition to tracking the beneficiary journey through a unified pathway linking various health services and facilities under the motto:

“With you step by step.”

The Deputy CEO for Medical Services, Dr. Badr Al-Harthi, confirmed that the project represents the beginning of a developmental phase aimed at enhancing the integration of health services and raising the efficiency of coordination between facilities, noting that the project will be continuously subjected to evaluation and impact measurement, contributing to its development and the addition of new services in the future according to beneficiary needs and health transformation goals.

He explained that ‘Care Link’ will contribute to improving the beneficiary experience, accelerating access to specialized medical services, and enhancing integration among components of the health system through a more flexible, efficient, and high-quality care journey.

The project comes within the efforts of the Taif Health Cluster to develop health services, improve the beneficiary experience, and raise the level of integration among health facilities in line with the health transformation goals and Saudi Vision 2030.
