The fourth edition of the 'Our Champions 4' Olympiad for 2026, organized by the Charitable Society for Orphan Care in Najran region 'Rufaqa', has launched with the participation of 100 distinguished orphans from across the region, and its competitions will continue until July 30. The Olympiad is an extension of the society's efforts to empower orphans, develop their abilities, and discover their talents through a competitive environment that contributes to building their personalities and enhancing their skills. This year's edition is distinguished by the expansion of competitions to include six main fields, comprising sports, cultural, social, scientific, and artistic areas, in addition to a number of diverse activities, including football, table tennis, cultural competitions via the 'Kahoot' platform, public speaking, theater, Quran memorization, and other programs aimed at developing participants' personalities. The Director General of the 'Rufaqa' Society, Engineer Saeed Thafer Al Hadi, explained that the Olympiad targets 100 distinguished orphans in the region, who were selected based on criteria of motivation and excellence, with the aim of providing a platform to showcase their abilities and present inspiring models to the community. He noted that the society has enlisted judges and specialists from government agencies and the private sector to oversee the evaluation of competitions, ensuring the application of high professional standards and allowing participants to benefit from the expertise and guidance of specialists, which contributes to the development of their skills.
