163 Decorative Lighting Columns Enhance the Urban Landscape in Ras Tanura
The Ras Tanura Municipality has completed the installation of new decorative lighting columns in several streets and squares of the governorate, as part of its ongoing service and development efforts to develop infrastructure, improve road and lighting efficiency, and enhance elements of the urban landscape, contributing to improving the quality of life for residents and visitors.
The Director General of the General Administration of Media and the official spokesman for the Eastern Region Municipality, Faisal Al-Zahrani, explained that the development works included the installation of decorative lighting columns on King Saud bin Abdulaziz Street, the Western Corniche Street, and part of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Street, in addition to carrying out decorative lighting works at the Sariya Square Roundabout and the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Street Roundabout, as part of the municipality's plans to improve the quality of public facilities and enhance the visual identity of vital sites.

Completion of the Project
Al-Zahrani said that the municipality completed the project works, which included replacing and installing 163 decorative lighting columns, including 2 kilometers on King Saud bin Abdulaziz Street, 700 linear meters on the Western Corniche Street, in addition to part of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Street.
Al-Zahrani added that the works also included the installation of 200 decorative lighting units at the Sariya Square Roundabout and the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Street Roundabout, with the aim of enhancing the aesthetic aspect of public sites, improving lighting levels, and raising the efficiency of traffic safety elements on roads and squares.
The official spokesman pointed out that the municipality is utilizing all its capabilities to implement its development and service projects, in line with the aspirations of residents, contributing to improving the urban landscape, enhancing quality of life, and increasing the governorate's attractiveness within the sustainable urban development targets of the Eastern Region.
