3 Important Alerts from Citizen Account Regarding Eligibility and Deadlines
The Citizen Account program has set the date for the disbursement of support to beneficiaries after the acceptance of the eligibility objection, as well as their status in case of renewing the rental contract and whether it is necessary to attach the contract after renewal.
Date of Citizen Account disbursement after acceptance of eligibility objection
Regarding the date of Citizen Account disbursement after acceptance of the eligibility objection, it clarified that if the objection is approved after July 10 of this year, the eligibility status will be reviewed and the beneficiary will be informed of meeting eligibility conditions by visiting their account under 'Eligibility Review' within the eligibility cycle for next September, and they will not be included in the disbursement for next August.
Registration of an independent individual
Regarding the registration of an independent individual, the program confirmed that an independent individual can register in the program, with the necessity of attaching documents proving independence in the name of the applicant. To find out the required documents, they can visit their account (Beneficiary File - General Data). If the eligibility conditions apply and they are entitled, they will be included in the support.
Attaching the rental contract
The Citizen Account emphasized that the beneficiary is not required to attach the rental contract after renewal, explaining that if the attachment type 'Valid rental contract on the Ejar platform' has been previously selected, the existence of a valid rental contract will be verified through the Ejar platform without the need to attach it.
